  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options and Rates

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (Netherlands & EU): €4.95 – Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Netherlands & EU): €9.95 – Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
  • International Shipping: Rates and delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Pre-order Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days. (Order might arrive earlier)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

3. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please be aware:

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Shipping Times: International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
